Group Circuit Classes


Supervised circuit training, private membership open to all abilities. 

A 45 minute "go at your own pace" strength and conditioning circuit comprising of 14 stations (1 minute each) x 2 rounds to get your heart pumping, burn calories, lose fat & improve muscle tone.
