Private Personal Training

One to one

Let's put the "P" back into "PT", Private & Personal Training...because it's all about you!

Private means private:

  •  No busy gym to make you feel uncomfortable

  • Exclusive gym access with me; no other clients present

Personal means personal:

  • You receive my undivided attention throughout the entire training session​

  • No interruptions or distractions

Training:

  • Your training program & sessions are bespoke and tailored to you, your ability & your goals

Group Circuit Classes

45min 

Supervised circuit training, private membership open to all abilities. 

A 45 minute "go at your own pace" strength and conditioning circuit comprising of 14 stations (1 minute each) x 2 rounds to get your heart pumping, burn calories, lose fat & improve muscle tone.
